Mailbox Monday

Well its that time again, and this week the mailbox brought two new fun readers...

Review
“It’s the oddest/sweetest mix of Little House on the Prairie and X-Men. I was smiling the whole time (except for the part where I cried). I gave it to my mom, and I’m reading it to my kids—it’s absolutely multigenerational. Prepare to have your heart warmed.” —Stephenie Meyer, The Twilight Saga"

Product Description
"Katniss is a 16-year-old girl living with her mother and younger sister in the poorest district of Panem, the remains of what used be the United States. Long ago the districts waged war on the Capitol and were defeated. As part of the surrender terms, each district agreed to send one boy and one girl to appear in an annual televised event called, "The Hunger Games." The terrain, rules, and level of audience participation may change but one thing is constant: kill or be killed. When Kat's sister is chosen by lottery, Kat steps up to go in her place.

My bff just finished Hunger Games and has been trying to talk me into reading it. I just finished Handle With Care by Jodi Picoult and am now reading another of hers called Picture Perfect. She is SUCH a good read.

I'm not on vacation yet!! Still here with you through this week of bedrest! Email me anytime!
